Organization of a sightseeing tour
Mahome Invest company invites you to take part in our study tour in order to purchase an apartment in Alanya. You will be able to get acquainted with the city, its districts and sights yourself, as well as see the real estate object you are interested in with your own eyes.
Terms of the study trip:
- The trip is organized for 2 people
- The duration of the trip is 5 days (the terms can be changed by agreement of the parties)
- The company organizes a free transfer from/to Antalya airport or Gazipasa
- The company organizes free accommodation for clients in a 5-star hotel or in our guest apartments, at the client's choice
- The company organizes a free display of real estate objects previously agreed and approved by the client with a specialist of our company
- The company conducts a free sightseeing tour of the city, its districts and attractions.
- The company provides complete and reliable information about real estate objects, the purchase procedure and legislation and fully accompanies the client
- After showing real estate objects and presentations of objects selected for the client, the company organizes the entire process of registration and purchase of this property in the ownership of the buyer
- When signing a tripartite contract for the purchase of the selected object between the Seller, the Client and the Company, the Client pays the seller an advance of 10% and prepares within 2-4 weeks for the re-registration of the transaction in the cadastral office of the city of Alanya
*** If for some reason you do not purchase real estate through our agency and NOT from our portfolio, then you pay us the cost of your accommodation in the amount of 500 euros.
A free sightseeing tour with our company is valid and organized ONLY BY appointment and prior agreement with a specialist of our company.
