Guests of our website, our clients considering real estate in Turkey through this portal can feel protected. We comply with the privacy policy of personal data. This security policy applies to all information that can be obtained through our website.

How we use enquiry data

Maxhome Invest uses the information you submit through a website form or in a conversation to respond to your enquiry, help you find a property and contact you. Depending on the form or message, this may include your name, telephone number, email address, the property of interest, purchase or rental purpose, budget and timeframe.

Website enquiry notifications are sent to maxhomeinvest@gmail.com. Enquiries are reviewed and assigned to staff handling your request. Instagram Direct enquiries are handled through @annaunal.maxhome. If you use a property listing's WhatsApp button for a particular manager, your message goes to that manager.

We use external providers to operate the website, deliver notifications, communicate and measure advertising, including Gmail, Google, Meta and Yandex. Data needed for the relevant function may therefore be processed by these providers, including outside your country. External platforms also apply their own terms and privacy policies. Information may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by applicable law.

Optional analytics and advertising events

The website provides choices for analytics and advertising technologies. With the relevant consent, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica help measure website visits, while Google Ads and Meta help measure advertising results. These services may receive technical information about your browser, device, visited pages and actions and use cookies or other identifiers. You can change your choices using the website's cookie settings. Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.

An enquiry event is sent to advertising analytics after the server accepts the form. The event may include a technical enquiry identifier and information about the visit source. The event parameters we configure do not include your name, telephone number, email address or enquiry message. This does not mean that external providers process no technical data when their tools load.

Leaving a request for a callback or viewing of the apartment, we ask you to specify your:

• Country of residence.

Also, data that is automatically collected when users visit web pages remains protected.:
