We vacationed in Alanya with my family in September this year and rented an apartment through maxhome invest. The manager, Svetlana, organized everything perfectly and helped us with everything. The apartment is very cozy and clean, close to the sea. I highly recommend this company; it's very reliable!

What clients say
If you are lucky enough to deal with Maxhomeinvest and Anna Unal, then you will appreciate that the relationship between a client and a real estate agency can be very easy and trusting. My impressions are personal, I have known the agency and Anna for eight years, not a single case of negativity, this is some kind of new kind of business. Good luck to everyone!
We rented an apartment with a sea view for a period of 75 days.
Manager Svetlana sent all the necessary photo and video information in advance.
Upon arrival, an employee of the company met us and showed us everything.
During the stay, we wanted to increase the length of stay in the apartment, which we informed Svetlana about.
She helped to increase the length of stay and arrange everything properly.
Once the gas ran out, and within two hours the gas cylinder was replaced for free.
I recommend this company to everyone!!!

We got acquainted with Maxhome invest in 2019 - we rented apartments through them for the summer.
All the conditions were fulfilled at our request - comfort, proximity to the sea, transfer and many small things that were fulfilled at our request.
Later, they decided to purchase their own apartment in Turkey through them - Anna and her colleagues picked up several options. The deal went through without nuances, despite the fact that it was the height of the pandemic.
We were not only helped with the purchase of a dream apartment, but with all related issues - residence permit, bank cards, car purchase and rental, qualified assistance from a lawyer and translator.
Anna, thank you for your professionalism!
