I'd like to share my experience with Maxhome Invest Real Estate and recommend them specifically if you have any questions about purchasing a home in Turkey!
Firstly, all aspects of the paperwork (and there are, of course, many) were thoroughly and meticulously examined and explained. Not a single question was overlooked. Everything was very transparent and clear!
Secondly, they showed you all the available options and explained the pros and cons of each property! All our preferences were taken into account!
Thirdly, the entire purchase/sale process was extremely expedited. At least, we didn't experience any delays at all. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied. I'd like to thank Emre for the high quality of his work and his professional approach. I think this won't be our last time dealing with him! We wish you success and prosperity!

We've worked with this company twice.
The first time, everything was fine. The second time, when we rented an apartment, they didn't return our deposit after we refused. The problem was that the apartment didn't match the photos.

The website was dirty, the pool was moldy, the apartment was uncleaned, and it smelled of cigarettes.

We pointed out all these negatives, and they agreed. They showed us other options that we didn't like. We asked for a refund because we couldn't find a suitable apartment, which they refused.

They kept the 19,000 rubles. In the end, we gave up and left, wishing them well.

We ended up renting a better and cheaper apartment through Airbnb for a month. Instead of paying $1,000, we rented a duplex apartment for 19,000 lira.

Before renting an apartment through them, think twice and don't give them a deposit.
