We rented apartments through this agency and through a travel agent. The apartment was rented in Sonas Vip - not far from the sea, quite in good condition and in a good complex: swimming pool, shop nearby, water slide, gym.
The apartment is fully equipped with furniture, dishes, appliances, bedding, a mountain of different towels. It's great. As I understand it, some consumables may remain from previous owners, or be replenished. There was detergent for dishes, but powder, toilet cleaner, sponges and a bunch of other small things that we obviously won't take back were bought by ourselves: tablets for the dishwasher, salt, flour. There was a small jar of salt and seasoning.
Unfortunately, the slide did not work for the first weeks, as we arrived and earned in the last week of our stay. We were told that it has not been working for more than a month. The hamam also didn't work. Unfortunately, the agency does not solve these issues in any way, but it probably cannot influence them.
Communal services are considered at an increased tariff, exceeds 1.5 times the maximum cost, although the real cost of electricity can be saved due to the differentiated tariff, although it is possible to understand.
I think we got a good apartment and service, despite the petty shortcomings of the apartment. The apartment has everything for a long stay, even a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner. These were important criteria for finding housing.
