Conditions and procedure for booking an apartment rental
If you decided to try to relax in Turkey outside of the all-inclusive system, and wanted to taste the country from different sides, enjoy wild beaches, delicious food in various restaurants, look at life in Turkey through the eyes of a local, you should definitely try to come to Turkey yourself at least once, and rent an apartment or villa in us!
Many are afraid and think that it is inconvenient, difficult, expensive! A lot of questions immediately appear in my head: and if I am deceived, and if I arrive and I am not met, and if the apartment turns out to be poor and murdered, and how will I find the address, and how will I get from the airport, and where will we eat, and are there free beaches, and if it turns out to be much more expensive Than I thought.... And a bunch of different questions!
We have in our portfolio for rent only new modern housing with all amenities, and with the fullest equipment for organizing everyday life and recreation outside the house with maximum comfort!
And the booking process and the rental itself looks like this:
- We choose a free option of an apartment for a holiday, suitable for the date of your vacation and according to your criteria
- We conclude a lease agreement remotely, pay an advance of only 10% and you can in rubles to the Sberbank card
- We order you a transfer from the airport, the manager personally meets you in the apartment, shows you everything and only then takes full payment
- Together with the manager, you record the meter readings for light and water and enter them into the contract, at the end of your vacation you pay the expense at the rates specified in the contract
- We issue you a receipt for payments, register it in the police system
- For any questions during the rest, you can always contact the manager assigned to you
- On the day of your departure, you hand over the apartment and keys to our manager in half an hour and if there are no breakdowns and damage to the property, we return the deposit you left
- In case of force majeure situations: cancellation of flights, closure of borders, or illness, we will immediately refund you the prepayment in full
