Keykubat Beach is named after Sultan Ala ad-din Keykubat, who lived in Alanya in the 13th century and built a castle, the Red Tower and other city attractions here. The city itself is named after the Sultan.
Most of its territory is covered with sand; in some areas there are small pebbles. A smooth entry into the sea and a soft bottom allow you to have a safe holiday here with children. This is a free beach with convenient infrastructure. There are restrooms, showers and changing rooms.
Leisure
In Alanya Keykubat, vacationers have an excellent opportunity to engage in water sports such as diving, snorkeling and surfing.
Keykubat has fields for playing beach volleyball and football. Water sports available here include jet skiing, banana boat riding, parasailing and windsurfing. The local waters are not suitable for snorkeling or diving.
Transport
Along the city beach there is a wide boulevard named Akhmet Tokusha and a small pedestrian area - the embankment. There is not much shade, there are few trees. City buses No. 1 and 101 run along the road along the beach. They can take you to the city center and to Cleopatra Beach. The beach is open daily and entry is free.
Keykubat beach infrastructure
Like Cleopatra Beach, sections of Keykubat Beach have their own numbers. At each site there are changing cabins, a cafe and paid umbrellas / sun loungers.
Each vacationer will find his own place depending on the budget at his disposal, since admission is free, you can take your own recreational equipment, as well as rent specially equipped places, from simple sun loungers to premium tents.
