The heart of resort life is the central region of Alanya
If you type “Alania” in Google, then the Internet will give you a dozen images, where incredible beauty is the azure sea, the green peninsula crowned with the Seljuk fortress, the shady embankments and the unearthly beauty Cleopatra's beach is the best in the city and one of the most popular on the Mediterranean coast .
These pictures depict nothing less than the central area of the city of Alanya, the heart of resort life and the place where hundreds of thousands of people come every year, the area where they would like to live, well, if not everyone, then every second alanyan.
The beach where Cleopatra bathed herself
Imagine how you step on the white sand, come to the water's edge ... a couple of seconds, and you dive into the cool sea. Once upon a time the Egyptian queen Cleopatra herself spent her days like this.
All this, of course, legends. But not every Turkish beach can compete with Cleopatra's beach in beauty and comfort. What can I say, and compared to foreign beaches, he often remains out of competition.
Cleopatra's beach stretched for more than two kilometers. There is no more sand like this anywhere else in the world, except in the northern part of Egypt. Log into the sea here is quite comfortable, without sudden drops, but it is not too shallow, so you do not have to walk in shallow water for half an hour to go to the swim.
All the beaches here are landscaped, and, if in winter all the other Alanyan beaches are empty, then in some places there are chaise lounges on Cleopatra. After all, even in the winter day, sometimes the air warms up to 20-25 degrees, which is quite comfortable for sunbathing. Yes, and in the sea water is kept in the region of 16-17 degrees. It is possible to plunge.
But in the summer Cleopatra is a real paradise - sun loungers, umbrellas, cafes, showers, changing cabins and toilets.
If you like to walk - then you will be in the center of Alanya
The center is always the "face" of the city. Therefore, in the improvement of embankments in the heart of Alanya, the mayor's office is investing quite large funds. Needless to say, the embankments here are wide, surrounded on all sides by shady trees, palm trees and flowers.
In the city center there is a pedestrian zone, where you can, without fear of cars or motorcycles, ride on rollers and bicycles.
Near the sea is a huge number of parks. That only stands the centenary park of Ataturk, which is next to the cave Damlatas. This is a whole botanical garden, where you can find fig trees, orange trees, cacti, flowers bloom here and date dates on palm trees.
In Cleopatra Park, which is located a little further, there is a huge playground, near the basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis tables. And all this is completely free!
Well, the "second line" from the sea is Ataturk Avenue. Actually this is the main street of the city. It has everything from small Turkish coffee shops and inexpensive shops, to chic restaurants and boutiques.
And if you turn off from the avenue towards the sea, you will get to the largest Turkish bazaar - Cuma Pazarı. There is a huge selection of clothes, shoes, souvenirs, Turkish sweets and much more.
Where are the best parties?
Well, of course, in the center of Alanya. It is here in the evening flock fans of nightlife. After all, the most popular nightclubs, music bars are located in the port area.
So, if during the daytime tourist pirate ships depart from here, in the evening there is a rumble of music, and tourists and locals dance until the morning.
By the way, this whole big party is located at some distance from residential areas, so for those who have real estate in Turkey, in the center of Alanya, this does not cause any inconvenience.
And of course, the red tower, the Alanian fortress, the shipyard - the main attractions of the city - are located in the central part of Alanya. Therefore, to live in the heart of the resort city means every day to enjoy the scenery as from the picture.
And despite the fact that the center of Alanya is the part of the city that “never sleeps”, here you rest every day with your body and soul. And here it is comfortable not only for those who love active nightlife, but also for those who seek relaxation with all the amenities.
Everything for a comfortable life
If you turn off from the central avenue, you will find yourself in a residential area where not only local residents live, but also foreigners. Here life goes on as usual, go shopping at large supermarkets (there is plenty of them here), they take children to kindergartens and schools (there are both public and private educational institutions).
By the way, the offices of all Turkish banks are located in the center of Alanya, so you don’t have to run all over the city to change currency or withdraw money from a card.
In the center of Alanya is the largest private hospital of the University Başkent. There are also private medical and dental offices.
Comfortable complexes with own infrastructure
If you want to buy an apartment in Turkey in the center of Alanya, then you should know that most of the complexes located here have a small territory.
Usually in the new complexes there are summer pools, often you can find gyms and saunas.
A lot of buildings "urban type", without any infrastructure.
The fact is that the central part of Alanya began to be built up in the first place, there are a lot of old, “Turkish” houses. Land in the heart of the city is expensive, so building a hotel-type complex is sometimes not advisable. And, by the way, there’s really no need for that, because everything is at hand in the center.
The truth is, there are several objects in the central part of Alanya with a large territory, with pools, hamam, own outdoor recreation areas.
Of course, cheap real estate in the city center is not easy to find. But if you look from the other side, this is an excellent investment, since apartments in the center of Alanya are always in demand. And to live a stone’s throw from Cleopatra’s beach is a real luxury and prestige.
