How to celebrate New Year in Alanya

The base of the tree was decorated with gift boxes. At the Christmas market, locals and foreigners could purchase handicrafts and taste national dishes from various countries. Well, what fun can there be without Santa Claus?! To the sounds of Christmas music, Santa Claus congratulated the children and gave them gifts.
Preparing for the New Year.
Since mid-December, many stores have been decorated with Christmas trees, snowflakes, garlands and other New Year's attributes, which creates a New Year's mood among customers in advance. But the most important attribute of New Year's Eve in Turkey is... the New Year's lottery. Even skeptics always buy 2-3 tickets for the New Year. Due to this popularity, the New Year's lottery usually offers a large prize fund. In 2013-2014, for example, the prize is 50 million Turkish lira.
